Phoebe & I were adults of the day, we took our tenancy agreement to be checked over - the only thing we were missing was a briefcase.

Went back to see our second year abode as Kathryn - "how about moulsecoomb, anyone?" - hadn't actually seen what she had agreed to buy/live in for a year

The night continued with hilarious interpretations of monkey-based drawings.
