How strange that it's mid-February and I can wear summer shoes and my feet aren't the least bit cold.

Decided to take another day off from school. Well, I did go to my biology lab and dissect a pig. So I figure that taking some time off to recover from that terrible experience is warranted. Just kidding, it was fun, but I have been sick lately. I had something planned today for when the light got really pretty in this field by my house, but wouldn't you know it, I slept right through it! That's okay though, I feel a lot better now. Maybe tomorrow.

Oh and, here's what I decided about this whole disappointing-pictures-fiasco: I know that I am capable of taking good pictures that I'm proud of, it's just not happening yet. This isn't some school project, it's just a self thing... which is why it's so difficult; I have higher standards than I can keep up with a lot of the time. You know, the whole "you are your toughest critic" thing. I have ideas that I like, but I've been saving them for a time when I feel like I could make them happen just the way I want them to. Plus really a major part of this project is just progress. I'd rather start out with pictures I'm not that into and then end up with better ones toward the end. In the meantime, just any picture will have to do. As log as I don't miss a day then I can't really fail at this whole thing. It's just a picture. Okay, I feel better.
