Hole in the Ground

This week has seen our water turned on and off for several hours at a time whilst new pipes are laid in our area. This morning they kindly asked me to move our cars so they could dig this pit right outside our front door. An inconvenience but not as bad as the racket making it. The whole house was shaking as they dug it, not much chance of sleep before tonight's shift. I did manage to grab some rest though.

Last shift of four tonight then a week off.
