Battenberg cake

Had a long and quiet shift on the birth unit, I think the babies have gone into hibernation after the recent cold snap! My colleagues tucked into this cake for afternoon tea. I, of course, resisted due to my stuffing myself last night on a chocolate brownie with ice cream recent health kick!
Only tomorrow to go then off for a whole week. :-))
