Weiberfastnacht, the Thursday before Carnival Tuesday is the Woman's Carnival Day.

We cut off the symbol of the male power, the tie, of any man that crosses our way and hang them up (the ties, not the men).

As you can see, not too many men were brave enough to wear a tie at the office today. Cowards.
