Flowers make you smile

I have a vase which says: "Flowers make you smile".

Since the weather was mild, we decided to attempt a clear-up in the garden. We have to tackle some of the chaos of the broken fence devastated by the gales earlier. There is also a big tidy required, to get rid of leaves, branches and other detritus left behind by the winter weather. These jobs always take longer than you think, in my experience. Hope to continue tomorrow and Friday.

The spring flowers are there to compensate and to make me smile, though.

Had difficulty trying to book a week with RCI. Settled for Perthshire in Feb.
