Rubbish Valentines Day.

Hubby went to work as usual and then at 1030 was made formally redundant and notice period waived so he left at 11am for good! So strange! Fortunately he got a good redundancy package.

We went and picked him up and went to town to Nandos for a Valentines/end of job meal. Blip is of the view we had over cathedral square.

The afternoon and evening was a bit stressful as hubby was trying to sort out agency and contractor stuff - all unknown and uncharted territory for us. But was nice to get formal job offer to start on Monday on the same day as being made redundant - can't ask for more than that! It has all taken exactly two weeks as the proposal of the redundancy came out of the blue exactly two weeks ago!

Hubby gets to spend rest of half term with boys which is great timing!
