Last of the Autumn!

Back to the gym tonight for the first time in nearly two weeks. A busy weekend, broken toe, and the lurgy have all conspired to keep me away. And, naturally, eating rubbish and feeling sorry for myself....
So it felt really good to get back and work up a bit of a sweat!
I rushed out to snap this Blip in my slippers and I wasn't hanging about because the last couple of days there's been a huge, horrible rat bouncing around in our garden eating the birdseed which is falling out of the feeders.
Uuuugggghhhhhh, it's vile.
It keeps bouncing out of a bush and bouncing across the lawn and then bouncing back again. It's huge and bouncy which I'd say are two awful attributes for disease ridden vermin.
What to do?
