El Jardin de los Alixares

The remains of an Arab Palace,  Los Alixares,  were found in the cemetery in Granada when they were trying to find more room for graves.
Fortunately these ruins have been excavated and cleaned and now they are a peaceful garden where people can relax , pray for their dead or just enjoy the wonderful views of Sierra Nevada mountains covered in snow at this time of the year.
