today's challenge was easy enough, I'm not well today & have spent it in bed... so popped my head out the velux window inthe bathroom to get this....

Teegan's off with the same thing as me.... & I'm barking like a dog, my chest hurts. my heads going to burst & generally I feel s**t.....

right back to bed with pain killers for me.... zzzzzzzzzzzz
