Light at the end of the tunnel please
Who knows what the next few days will bring. I don't. Which is a bit of a bugger for someone like me who is used to having some control of over how things pan out, nice and orderly. I just hope that there will be some light at the end of the tunnel.
It's mental health awareness week and I, and I'm sure many other people, can identify with this little nugget that I read the other day:
"Depression, anxiety and panic attacks are not signs of weakness. They are the result of having to be strong for too long"
A little bit of light in the current gloom came from my friends in the choir. They've said that I can carry on without having to pay any subs until things improve for me. Isn't that kind and lovely?
This photo was taken in a shop that sells Fair Trade stuff. They were happy for me to take pics.
