Climbing into my play donut

It's my uncle Paul's birthday today, happy birthday Paul.

We had a quiet day around the house today as Mummy and Daddy are trying to wean me off my dummy. I don't really use my dummy apart from to settle to sleep then I spit it out. Mummy has had to get up 4 times in the night for the last week to put my dummy in so she wants to see if i will give it up.

I enjoyed playing with Mummy and Daddy. The picture above is of me climbing into my play donut which is different as I normally climb out of it.

We met Nana and Papa at the Bell Tree for tea. I sat well at the table and enjoyed watching what was going on around me. Daddy changed me into my sleep suit and put me in my car seat in the hope I fell asleep during dessert but I didn't want to so I lay and watched everyone.

When we got home I struggled to settle without my dummy and became very upset. Mummy gave me my dummy and I settled within 2 minutes. Mummy and Daddy have decided that dummy can stay until I don't need it anymore. Mummy asked that I go back to sleeping all night which I'm going to try.
