Birmingham International

We took the train to Birmingham Airport today, where we met up with my sister and brother-in-law, to say farewell to our niece who is returning to her work in Zambia.

We left before the final moment of departure in case some tears spilled over when daughter and parents finally separated. I've managed to become quite controlled at airports, but it would all fall apart if there were moments of emotional breakdown
(and I fully expect there were!!!)
