Day 23: Freebies

In most of the races I enter there is the freebie bag. Sometimes it full of leaflets, sweets or the dreaded T-Shirt. However, every now and then you get something that is really useful. I've got lots of drinks bottles kicking around the house, some of which are years old. I think that as long as I give them a wee dunk in a milton solution they will be good for many years to come.
