February walk
North of Alton, a village near Ashover by the edge of the Peak District National Park. The stile in the wall was overhung by a tree with a blackbird in silhouette. It was, yes, dull again, but great to be out walking for a while. The distant views did not come out too well, and it was dull and breezy enough to induce camera shake on alarming number of occasions.
