February Challenge - Valentine's

I'm not very keen on Valentine's day - I don't like cards or presents, but a small gesture is ok. We were going to go out for a nice lunch together but I came down with something last night and have a terrible sore throat and headache... my ears have just started hurting too, and I hope I don't get an ear infection, I hate those. But I did manage to bake some jammy dodger style biscuits for my beloved, and here is the best one of the lot (the other's look like a small child made them!). I couldn't find a smaller heart-shaped cutter for the top of the biscuit so ended up doing them by hand.
