Valentine's Day, Feb 14

A wonderful training session this morning - the ice has finally melted! Doubled with Joe, and today's blip is a photograph of us doing a bit of steady-state.

My Joey's taking me out for dinner this evening, all in the spirit of Valentine's Day! I would go on another rant about V Day being a bit pointless but I'll save it for next year..
