Close friends

A lot has happened to both of us since we used to hang out as kids. At the time boarding school, a shooting accident which almost killed A, and military service were the biggest things in our lives. I was a best man at his wedding 31 years ago. Since then we've both experienced a lot more (parenthood, death, despair) but somehow lost touch with each other. It was very special to reconnect after so many years. Hopefully I'll blip a picture of us relaxing and fishing together one day soon.
