Car Blip #3 Going home
Liz and I stopped at an Amish farm stand on our way home to Boston.
The produce is unbelievable here - inexpensive too. We stocked up on tomatoes, corn on the cob, nectarines, cucumbers, watermelon and cantaloupe, and we spent $20 between the two of us. It would have cost at least $40 here at home, and would not have been nearly as fresh.
I took one more picture of an Amish horse and buggy through the car window.
The Amish use their horses, bikes or scooters to get around. The horses are amazing - healthy and fit. They don't even flinch when cars and eighteen wheeler trucks go roaring by them.
