Chilling out

The cycle track always provides an escape into the surrounding country side in addition to exploring off route and finding reminants of the old railway lines or the discovery of a set of sidings that i have walked and cycled past for years.

This view opens up looking over the to the first upthrusts of the Western Lake district where you can soak in the vastness and openess of the rolling countryside. A good way to chill out.
