Cupcakes of joy

I've decided as tomorrow is Valentines day I shall make caramel cupcakes to spread some love around work. I'm none too botherd about this tawdry day as a whole. As typical as my opinion may seem, i genuinely feel it shouldn't be down to one day, some chocolates and a card to show people you love them. The same thing can be said with caramel cupcakes for wonderful friends and co-workers :D
