Actually, this was me on my return from the gym this morning - the start of a particularly exhausting day.

I later visited my career coach - a four mile round-trip on foot - and later went shopping at Cribbs Causeway, which involved much walking up and down looking at beds at John Lews and Marks and Spencer, which are at opposite ends of the long mall.

But, all in all, it was a fun day.

Just in case you wondered, the career coach wasn't cheap but has been extremely good value for money and has really focused the mind during recent events.
