This girl was kind enough to indulge in a spot of hide and seek with me. She was actually poking her head around for the right bus to come along and I asked her to reproduce her pose.

I did take a picture in a card-shop that was positively heaving with guilty-looking office workers queueing up to pay for their Valentine's Day cards. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite capture the atmosphere I wanted, at least not with the lens I had. Me, I gave up queueing and got my wife's card from a bookstore instead, along with a nice browse through their books. I hope the perceived sincerity of a card is not lowered by the ease by which it was obtained.
