More country house shenanigans

Matters come to a head in the dinning room.

The Rev. Green suspected Col Mustard had stolen the lead off Perlethorpe church roof, when he saw him with the lead pipe on Friday. Mrs Peacock knew something - she confused me with Prof Macintosh Plumb on Saturday, but didn't let anything slip.

Dr Black had to be silenced because he found out about Mrs Peacock's plot to steal the valuable bird and was blackmailing Col Mustard over the lead robbery. He had also found out that Prof. Plumb intended to buy the stolen items and sell them on.

So they all came together and hired Mrs White (the cook) to do the deed, in the dining room, with the dagger (cunningly concealed amongst the carving knives).

Another case solved, with thanks to Mrs Soup (pictured)

Time to go home.
