St John's RC Church, Northampton

Founded in 1138 the present form is 15th and 16th centuries. It is now a restaurant and the adjacent building is the old almshouse.
Fascinating how the level of the road has built up round the buildings over the years.
Escaped the four walls with a trip into town today, browse round the shops for baby presents for friends/relative's babes and coffee and browse round M & S - sooo enjoyable!
