GETTING IN THE MOOD

Unexpectedly at home today as the cough has developed into something very painful. I had pleurisy a few years ago and fear I am being revisited.

I was so feeble this morning I couldn't even remember the plot of my current book, so picked up this one instead to dabble in and see what I can learn about our next holiday destination.

The self-catering cottage we have booked looks a bit like one of these, with its own little slipway. Not that we've got a boat.
