A very cold, wet, windy day in Helsinki - we had hoped for snow but no chance of that with all the rain coming down for days.

The Christmas decorations are up - they are very low-key compared to some places we have been but pretty nevertheless ..... this is a view of Helsinki Cathedral from the bottom of Sofiegaten.
