Cake for Catherine

It was Catherine's birthday celebration today. Catherine lives in Rodrigo Road too and invited lots of really nice people over for high tea and croquet to celebrate the big 6-0.

Chris made a chocolate cake with ginger and cinnamon from a Martha Stewart recipe for the occasion. I think that's a first for this house? We've never done a Martha here before.

The cake was great. Don't let the whole jail thing put you off Martha.
