The Big Apple

End of day one in New York.

Cold subway experienced complete with random shouting drunks before mid-day. A run in Central Park followed by a shower with this view out of the bathroom window. A great American burger with a couple of beers and some good friends I've not seen for ages. It's now 8:30pm and I'm cream crackered.

Great first day here, missing the family but looking forward to the rest of the trip.
