Flowers from a special person

Today Bear gave me my favourite flowers - Lillies! I added a little affect so they stood out a bit in the photo.
I visited my friend in hospital again tonight and she has taken a turn for the worse. Would it be possible for those that pray to do so for her and for those that don't to send some positive thoughts her way. Thanks x
