Yep, back to blipping the dinner, sorry.

Spiced Parsnip & Potato Pie, recipe courtesy of Lucas Hollweg in't Sunday Times. Yes, it looks like a shepherd's pie but no lamb-lurkers were hurt in the making of this dish.

Tatas, carrots, parsnips, celery, onions and puy (pooh-ey?) lentils. High wind warning issued for the area for the next 24 hours. And, as you can see, I've got enough to last a few days, the storm warning could be prolonged. Batten down them there hatches.
