Sticky toffee cake

Col just got a new mixer so today he decided to bake a cake to give it a go. Not tried it yet it will need to leave some room to fit it in after roast chicken!

Avenue Q was good last night. Great show, great company and good food. Just a shame I didn't feel up to my combat and pump classes today. Oh well, I can make up for it next week (I'll need to if I eat this cake!)

This afternoon I visited a friends and their new baby cailean. Such a cutie, got some baby cuddles!
