Brrrrrr such a cold day today but we still managed to pop and look at the sea whilst up town all be it very briefly. The tide was so far out and the children were very excited to see the diggers etc out dredging the harbour. Jack asked if we could go round to where they were but it was just too cold today for that. Headed home for a warm drink instead.

Spoke to tesco tonight and they are collecting the faulty bikes and I am collecting the new ones on Monday from the nearest store. They have in their defense been very good, as they should. The original price I paid due to sale etc for the two was £30 cash and £15 in vouchers. They are replacing to the value of £100, the children have chosen electric police bikes complete with flashing light and siren (yay) which we are going to have to add a bit more cash to. But at least it has smiles back on their faces.
