Grilled halloumi salad

Slept in this morning. That is just one of my favourite things. Not having to get up until I feel like it. Had breakfast, started watching Spartacus, did a bit of housework and then met Rachel. Was supposed to just be for a coffee but ended up have this for lunch and then a quick wander around the shops. Back home for more Spartacus and internet and dinner. It has been a pretty good, relaxed day. And I booked my flights! According to the Virgin Atlantic website it is 59 days and 15 hours until I fly. 59 days until I am in the USA!
