Getting There

Down to 12st 11 this morning. That's the lowest for over 10 years. Feeling great and movement around the tennis court is improving everyday.

Lost rugby today 26-13 to Chichester who are top of the league above us. They were very very arrogant and I can't wait to cite one of their players for totally unacceptable violent play.

I'm sure their match report will say they 'had many changes' but the fact is they underestimated us.
