Spring Term, Feb 10

Spring cannot possibly be almost upon us! Spring is supposed to bring beautiful things, newborn lambs, blooming flowers, ever-so-slightly warmer temperatures.. But instead it looks like this trashy weather will be with us for a while. The canal is still covered in a very thick layer of ice which just means all the more land training - feels like I've not been in a boat for ages. I'm a bit worried that when all the ice melts and I get back in a boat, that I will of forgotten how to row.. Let's hope not!
