Hot Pot

Hot pot seems to be an Asian thing. All my friends here love it. You cook the vegetables, meat, tofu, and noodles of your choice in the boiling pot of broth in the middle of the table. Add sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and chilies to your liking, then, enjoy! Conversation is stretched out over the cooking and eating, making for a very pleasant meal.
