Painting With Light

This is one photograph, not several on top of each other. It is what I call, "painting with light". I put my camera on a tripod in a dark room. Set it to manual and bulb, which opened the shutter and left it open until I told it to close. I positioned myself in the room and turned a flashlight on my face for a second, turned it off and moved to another location where I turned the light on again for a second, and repeated a third time. The camera only reacts to light so in a dark room it has nothing to record, until I painted with light.

Someday I'm going to try this outside and paint my house with light. :-)
