Thomas Hardy Hall: Brewery # 11

The hoardings in front of the Thomas Hardy building have been removed - not sure whether this is temporary or long-term - so you can get a glimpse of the work going on inside the building. Behind it the site is taking shape and the big crane is seldom idle for long.

The upstairs part of the building at the front (with the little half-windows) is a meeting hall, where I have attended meetings and even concerts in the not too distant past. Come to think of it, I saw Roger McGough up there giving a poetry reading. Must have been less than 10 years ago.
