Warm welcome

Today's the day ....................... to head for warmer climes

After all the snow, ice and then yesterday's frozen rain, it was time to go somewhere warmer. Somewhere where the temperature was above freezing point and where your feet stayed firmly where you put them.

So we thought - who has been having the best weather recently? Why Scotland, of course. It made lots of sense to head in a northerly direction.

And here we are spending the weekend with Roma and John. We had planned to be here with them at the New Year - but in the end it didn't happen. So this is a belated Hogmanay celebration that will be full of good fun and time spent with good friends ......................
