Moss
Today's blip was taken in the back yard, reflecting a lack of incentive to go further afield due to grey skies and steady drizzle. Actually it did start snowing fairly convincingly at teatime (the first snow we've had) but it didn't settle, and stopped before it got dark, thwarting my hopes of trying out some night-time snow photo ideas. This particular strip of moss is growing in a crack between two bricks on top of the yard wall, and here it's doing a good job of demonstrating the remarkable properties of water droplets to seemingly defy gravity.
