Icicles on my Mane

Stopped by the field at the end of the road leading to work to photograph this horse in the snow, he was so friendly, I wish I'd had some carrots with me to reward him with.

In other news, I have entered the Brighton Heroes 10k Run in May. I play squash, but I don't run so any advice you can provide on how to prepare for this would be gratefully received. (Or I can walk it?)
If you are not a runner, have you got any Super Heroine costume recommendations?
