Snowsaic

"Bradford By The Sea" is a memorial sculpture in Norfolk Gardens, which seems incongruous in such a landlocked city, but commemorates a seafaring former Deputy Leader of the council, and Bradford's cultural connection with Morecambe.

The pebbles come from beaches in Wales, Scotland, Cumbria, South America and Russia, and jar a little in a sandstone city, but make a pleasant enough set of designs.

A smattering of snow transformed the marine mosaic.
