I love my local agricultural show (and not just because I won second proze for my muffins once). I could have a rant about the insane effect of 'free' market on farming but I will just say that a country should protect the skills which allow us to feed ourselves from our own land. Getting so that anyone who wants to keep hold of their sanity needs to get out of agriculture. Anyway - a whole argument there.
