Why I hate travelling by road!!

This was the view for the first 10 miles of our return journey, the back of a lorry!!

We saw many more during the next 3.5 hours, but thankfully most of the remaining road was motorway, so we not delayed.

The threatened snow for Central England didn't materialise along our route, so roads were dry and drivable.

Ps I wasn't driving!
