Wheelie bins

I asume that whoever decided that wheelie bins were a good idea did not live in a terraced house. This is Gloucester Street, Norwich. There are many similar streets in the area. Most of the houses are small terraced houses with tiny front gardens and limited access (if any) to the rear and probably a small yard. No one wants to drag a wheelie bin through their house so they keep them in the front. I don't think that it was collection day as the bins were there a couple of days ago. At least the cars were parked on the road and not half on the road and half on the pavement.
