Israeli couscous
Here at Rodrigo Road we've been trying to use up food that we have. In the dried food in the cupboard department we've got a fair bit to get through.
Tonight I finally started to use some of the Israeli couscous that's been lurking around for ages. I cooked it in vegetable stock (from a stock cube) and it was great. Some corn with mint and tomato on top. Baked beetroot on the side.
