Back to the start.

Some idiot on the train last night decided not to hang on to anything as the train came to a stop and fell on me, right on my bad shoulder.

It has set everything off again and after my great leap forward last week, I'm back to taking this lot.

Very annoying and depressing. It is so frustrating to start thinking you're making progress only to have it all ruined by one person not thinking.

I might be fine tomorrow, it might take me months to get back to the point I was at last week, I just don't know at this point.

Depressing day.
