This afternoon Sis and I climbed to Heptapyrgion (Fortress of Seven Towers), a magnificent huge fortification, probably 12th century, at the top of the hill above Thessaloniki.
So much wonderful brickwork to choose from!
And fabulous views right over the city to the oil tankers out in the bay.
