Banana Loaf

Cake Friday again tomorrow so have borrowed (or rather stolen) a banana loaf recipe. Fingers crossed they've worked out ok, the truth is in the tasting! I think that creaming the butter and sugar together was almost more strenuous than the foot paring and digit amputation performed this morning!
